Product details
100% Ka'u coffee beans come from a region spanning the south side of the big island of Hawaii, “next door” to the Kona Coffee belt and above the town of Pahala on the flanks of Mauna Loa. Ka'u Coffee has been dubbed the "cousin of Kona."
Ka’u coffee is quickly becoming recognized around the globe for its intense and memorable flavor, exhibiting similar characteristics to many Central American Coffees: a syrupy mouthfeel, low acidity, aromas of citrus and jasmine and a smooth delicate flavor with hints of brown sugar, currant and a long spice finish.
